The Face Gallery in the AppleWatch app is the easiest way to see all of the available watch faces. When you find one that looks interesting, you can customize it, choose complications, then add the face to your collection—all from the gallery.

Open the AppleWatch app on your iPhone, then tap Face Gallery at the bottom of the screen.
Watch Face Albums is a free apple watch wallpapers app that you can download many beautiful and amazing wallpapers for your Apple Watch. All the watch faces are from free internet sharing or authorized by their owners. We suggest you download the whole album and sync them to your Apple Watch.
You have to go through the WATCH SETTINGS in the watch specifically. You have to open Settings on the Watch itself, scroll down to Clock, and turn on "Swipe to Switch Watch Face."
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Photos > Synced Album. This solution is for the single photo watch face not the "album watch face". Sync your photo collection. On the Apple Watch go to the photos app, zoom into the photo you want and firmly press.

Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch. in the upper-left to see your weekly summary, or you can swipe up to see details for each ring. Swipe up again to see more, like your total steps, your distance, and workouts.
Several Apple Watch apps offer galleries of different faces that you're able to add. Most of these require a one-time payment or subscription, but there are a few free ones. To check these out, open the App Store either on your iPhone or directly on your watch.
Why isn't my Apple Watch face changing? Your Apple Watch face may not change if you add a new face from the Watch app, but your device and iPhone are not syncing. Try closing and reopening the Watch app on your paired iPhone. If that does not work, try restarting both devices.
