Make this Straight-From-the-Restaurant Applebee's Perfect Margarita co*cktail Recipe at home and your Perfect Margarita co*cktail will taste just like Applebee's.

Ingredients
- Salt to rim
- 1 fresh cut Lime Wedge to rim glass
- 1 1/4 ounces 1800 Tequila or other premium Tequila of choice
- 1/2 ounces Cointreau Liqueur
- 1/2 ounces Grand Marnier Liqueur
- 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- 4 ounces Sweet and Sour Mix store bought or homemade, of choice
- 1 fresh cut Lime Wedge, to garnish (You can add an olive, if you like, as in the photo above...But, it's not in the original recipes and we think that was requested by the photographer or thrown in by someone else at the table who ordered a Martini.)
Instructions
Pour a layer of salt out onto a small saucer.
Run 1 lime wedge around the rim of a margarita or other glass, of choice. Discard wedge.
Place glass rim-down onto the salt. Push down lightly and roll glass to fully rim with salt. Set aside.
To an ice-filled shaker, add tequila, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, simple syrup and sweet and sour mix. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into prepared glass.
Garnish with 1 lime wedge.
Serve.
